In this paper, the position taken by Crouch that corporation must reduce their dominance with profit success and embrace cor porate social accountability will be evaluated. This evaluation will be based on the views adopted by some other management scholars in line with the neoliberal attitude towards corporate social responsibility. In Crouch, the impacts neoliberalism and the financial agitation on the behaviour of corporations have been addressed in the face of their accountability to the society.
